No Flag Sharing

Sharing the flags between different teams is strictly prohibited. Each operative must secure their own breach validation codes.

No Brute Force

Brute Force attacks on the challenge submission portal or links are not allowed. Precision over noise.

Zero Attack Policy

Any attack against the site or hosted servers results in an immediate and permanent ban.

Disqualification

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify teams for unethical behavior or trials to interrupt the CTF.

Online Submission: All applications must be submitted online and completed by September 21st at 7:59 PM WAT. Only those applications submitted on time through the online application processes will be accepted. Applications received by any other means will not be considered.

Contact Integrity: Applicants are responsible for ensuring proper contact information has been submitted and is maintained throughout the Cybersecurity Hackathon Process. Erroneous or false information provided in the application will result in immediate disqualification.

Operational Rights: CSEAN reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Cyber Hackathon Award Program at any time. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship arises from any application.

Award Protocol: Award Recipients have three weeks to submit information for processing the Award payment. Recipients grant permission to CSEAN to use name, logo, and application info to promote the program.

Finality: Decisions of the Cybersecurity Hackathon are final and not subject to review or appeal. Participation implies consent to processing of personal data for the application process.

Liability & Warranty: No warranty is provided for any award. Awards are non-transferable. Agreement to release CSEAN and its affiliates from liability related to the Hackathon is mandatory for participation.
